During my Easter stay at a hotel in the heart of the city, I was delighted with the friendly staff, who were always willing to help. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby places to walk to and explore. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee at the reception desk, as well as the delicious breakfast that had a variety of dishes to choose from, including eggs made to order. Plus, towels and toiletries were of excellent quality.

One aspect I didn't like during my stay was the lack of comfortable seating in the room - it would have been appreciated to have an additional chair or armchair to relax in. Additionally, the pool area was slightly disappointing, as it lacked privacy due to its location, being exposed to observation from other hotel guests.

The hotel is iconic and renovated, great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast with minimal food waste.
